I think...heya lily, i'm doing a similar thing too.. I think.. ooh chocolate will give me energy, but I'm not sure if it does. Its cos i refuse to drink coke or coffee. I think the best antidote is to get enough sleep.. so thats my goal for this week.. not easy when there is so much going on and have just a one day wkend :(<br /><br />DOn't worry.. its just life, you just have to fit things in where you can and make lots of little changes that will add up.<br /><br />Great idea with the aerobics class.. maybe you were just in a bad mode that day.. or maybe the class was just a dull one! It probably doesn't mean anything!!
